HOW TO ORDER
1. Contact us via e-mail (info@brandnewdaydesigns.com)
or phone (212-777-4867). Please provide the following:
• Name
• Phone number
• Event (birthday, bridal shower, save-the-date, etc.)
• Quantity (minimum 25 and in increments of 25)
• Special request
QUOTE
We will follow up with you to discuss your order and provide a quote based on design complexity and printing costs. Original designs range from $50.00 to $500.00.
DESIGNS
You may choose any of our existing illustrations or designs. See our galleries.
PAPER
We offer a variety of paper options.
DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit on all orders.
PROOFS & APPROVALS
Depending upon complexity of design, you’ll receive a proof in approximately 5 business days. You’ll review the proof to make sure all information is accurate and names are spelled correctly. Customer accepts all responsibility. All proofs must be approved in writing (e-mail or fax). First proof included in order. Additional proofs are $20.00 each.
DELIVERY
After proof approval, items will ship in approximately 8-10 business days. Next day and 2nd day delivery are also available.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling an order once proof is produced, but prior to customer approval will result in a $30.00 processing fee per item. Cancelling an order on a custom design once a proof is produced, prior to customer approval, will result in a fee of 25% of the order. Cancelling an order after the proof is approved will result in a charge of 100% of the order.
